The Hertford Country Hotel & Function Venue is one of Gauteng’s best-loved function venues, offering beautiful overnight accommodation; hearty meals; conferencing facilities and breakaway amenities.

The Hertford prides itself on innovative, hearty menus, and guests are welcome to take breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant, or outside, on the secluded, sunny terrace.

With 16 large rooms, all en-suite, and 2 stylishly decorated and very spacious honeymoon suites, The Hertford combines the feeling of being out in the country with homely comforts which brings relief from the effort and stress of everyday life

The stylish conference and boardroom facilities offered at The Hertford are a short drive to a bit of breathing space for team building or brainstorming sessions.

  • Client was super happy and we were too – we felt very looked after and all your staff were happy to offer help and regardless of our request, made happen what needed to happen. Peter in particular was outstanding and adapted quickly when he realized we were running early! Our only issue was the cold to be honest (but that’s not Hertford’s fault) but heaters were brought in quickly and the fires were kept stoked. Thanks again for all your accommodation and assistance, Trudi and hope we can work at Hertford again in the future.
